Pick-up from Branches:
- This service does not include any additional costs.
- Orders are picked up from branches in Riyadh and Jeddah only (pick-up locations are available under the Pick-up from Branch option).
- Orders are delivered at a convenient time to the customer within an hour of ordering. Except for balloon decorations, orders must be made 24 hours prior to the event.
- Ordering and pick-up times from branches: Saturday to Thursday, from 2 PM to 10 PM, and Friday, from 4 PM to 11 PM.
Happiness Representative Option:
- Delivery cost within Riyadh and Jeddah, depending on the available delivery network, is 40.25 SAR, including VAT.
- This delivery option is available in Riyadh and Jeddah only, and balloons are pre-packaged.
- Delivery is within 24 hours of ordering, although sometimes it takes up to 48 hours.
- Delivery is made according to the customer's preferred time, but on a first-come, first-served basis. If a previously booked time is selected for another customer, customer service will contact you to determine the next most convenient time.
- Delivery in Riyadh and Jeddah is from 11 AM to 11 PM. If the customer selects other times, please contact customer service. Additional fees may apply and must be paid in advance.
- If the customer chooses to deliver to areas outside the delivery network coverage area, this will be determined after contacting the customer. Additional fees may apply and must be paid in advance.
- If the customer is late receiving the order upon delivery or does not respond to the driver, the store has the right to cancel the delivery and redeliver it at a later time, depending on the store's availability, for an additional fee to be paid in advance.
TARD Courier Option:
- Delivery option available for express delivery within Riyadh within 3 hours.
- Delivery cost within Riyadh, depending on the available delivery network, is 57.50 SAR, including VAT.
- For express orders only, excluding balloon decorations.
-Orders and deliveries are from 12 noon until 8 pm.
