*The store is not responsible for balloons, flowers, accessories, or any other products after they are delivered to the customer, delivered to a representative, or delivered by the store to the agreed-upon location.*

Balloons:

- The rubber balloons used in Balloonizer are of the highest quality in the world and are extracted from the natural rubber tree. They may cause allergic reactions or itching in some individuals.

- Balloons are extremely sensitive to temperature. Helium expands in heat, damaging the balloon. In cold temperatures, the balloon shrinks, making it appear deflated. Therefore, they should be kept away from cold air sources, especially foil balloons.

- The properties of balloons in outdoor locations are quickly adversely affected by the surrounding atmosphere.

- Any sudden friction with the balloon may cause immediate damage.

- Adult supervision is required. Damaged balloons and long balloon ribbons should be disposed of immediately, as they may cause suffocation.

- Do not release helium-filled balloons outdoors and avoid contact with electrical sources.

Natural Roses:

- Roses are a natural product that may cause allergic reactions or itching in some individuals.

- Roses are very sensitive to temperature and dryness, and their properties and characteristics quickly change negatively due to the surrounding atmosphere.

- Roses are a natural product. Actual color shades and rose sizes may differ from the image displayed in stores, online, or via WhatsApp.

Delivery:
- This is an additional service paid for by the customer and priced by the store.

- This delivery option is available only in Riyadh and Jeddah, and balloons are pre-filled.

- Delivery is within 24 hours of the order; sometimes it takes a maximum of 48 hours.

- Delivery is based on a time convenient to the customer, but is subject to prior reservation. If a previously booked appointment is selected for another customer, a customer service representative will contact you to schedule the next most convenient appointment.

Delivery in Riyadh and Jeddah is from 11 AM to 11 PM. If the customer chooses other times, please contact customer service. Additional fees may apply, payable in advance.

If the customer chooses delivery to areas outside the delivery network coverage area, this will be determined after contacting the customer. Additional fees may apply, payable in advance.

If the customer is late in receiving the order upon delivery or does not respond to the driver, the store has the right to cancel the delivery and redeliver it at a later time, depending on the store's availability. Additional fees must be paid in advance.

Ordering:
- Orders must be made through official channels only: branches, WhatsApp for specified branch numbers, the online store, or the mobile app.

- Balloonizer reserves the right to photograph the order before and after delivery for quality control purposes and to use the images in various advertising media. Please review the privacy policy on the Balloonizer website at  https://balloonizer.com/pages/privacy-policy
- To cancel or postpone an order, please do so 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Otherwise, the customer has no right to exchange, cancel, postpone, or receive a refund, as the order will have been completed and the customer will bear the cost.

Payment:
- Payment must be made in advance, whether in cash, by bank transfer, credit card, or any of the payment methods available at Balloonizer.

- The order will not be approved until the full amount is paid.

- Cash on delivery is not available.

- If the customer chooses a bank transfer and the transfer is not completed, the transfer receipt is not sent, and the amount is not confirmed in the company's account within 24 hours prior to the order date, Balloonizer has the right to cancel the order without consulting the customer.

Exchanges and Returns:

- Filled balloons and fresh flowers are not exchanged or returned.

- If an event is canceled on the day of pickup or after the order is placed, whether due to precautionary measures, including those included, or other circumstances that may arise or are urgent for the customer, the order will not be cancelled or postponed. This may only be done 24 hours prior to the pickup time. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to exchange, cancel, postpone, or receive a refund, as the order will have been placed.

- Unfilled balloons and accessories may be exchanged or returned within 3 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and not subject to any damage. This will be specified by the store. This will be included in the invoice, and the customer is responsible for delivering the product to the branch.

- For returns of purchases from the online store or branches made in cash or through any available electronic payment method, the amount will be refunded electronically via a transfer from Balloonizer to the customer's bank account within 3 to 14 business days. Balloonizer reserves the right to request the necessary s for this purpose.

Acknowledgment:

By receiving the electronic invoice or worksheet in person, through a representative, or via email or WhatsApp, the customer has carefully read and agreed to the above instructions. He also acknowledges that the order details and delivery date are exactly as agreed upon.
